Nancy was the winner of the Marietta Hinds valedictorian award from the Catherine Hinds Institute of Aesthetics.

Nancy was given the honor of being chosen as a "Tressa Hair Forecaster" by Tressa Inc. a manufacturer of hair color, styling products and perms. They chose 24 stylists in the entire country who excell in trend setting abilities in cuts and coloring techniques.

Nancy was chosen as the "Director of Education" for Lady Burd Cosmetics, teaching Makeup Artistry and Skin Care.
